I’m a VP–Engineering with 10+ years in product engineering. I have shipped products and platforms, led engineering teams, and founded a startup. The through-line is the work itself: what to build, how to structure the system, and how the team delivers when the product has to hold.
I work with founders and business leaders to shape technology decisions, guide engineering teams, and take products from idea to scale. That includes the stretch after the first release — users, reliability, load, and growth.
